What should I do in case of damage to the apartment?
The apartments are rented in a very good condition. It is mandatory to contact us in case of damage/breakage during your stay, so that we can provide a solution (from mere replacement, to calling upon the insurance company).
What are the required guarantees and documents?
For each booking, a security deposit based on several criteria (length of stay, size of apartment,..) will be asked from you. It will be entirely managed by us and will be fully reimbursed upon your departure, or a few days thereafter, in the absence of damage/ loss. The renter may also be asked to subscribe an individual insurance policy for the rented property. Upon arrival, we will ask for a form of ID.
What are the conditions for renting via Nestyou?
In order to rent an apartment from Nestyou, you must be of legal age, legally responsible and able to accept these General Terms and Conditions as they appear on the Nestyou.com site.
What are the steps for booking a stay?
It is very simple to book a stay with Nestyou. All you need to do is select the dates and criteria (location, number of bedrooms,...) and based on availability, Nestyou will suggest apartments that correspond to your search. Once your stay is booked and paid for, you receive a confirmation email and all the information needed for your stay.
What equipment is provided with the apartment?
All our apartments are carefully decorated and provide all the necessary comfort to make your stay enjoyable. You will find: bed linens and bath towels, a coffee maker, wifi, a washing machine, a dishwasher… available appliances and equipments are detailed in the description tab for each apartment.
What services are available?
We offer a series of personalized services : from delivering your keys at work to delivering ready-to-eat gourmet meals. You can view all our services on the website.
However if you don’t see what you are looking for, please ask us! Nestyou will do its best to meet your needs and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
At what time should I check out?
We usually ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am. But based on other reservations, and upon request, it may be possible to define a time that is more convenient for you. At Nestyou we try to be flexible to best match your schedule!
At what time can I check in?
At Nestyou, we try to always be flexible! The apartments are available for check-in early in the afternoon but based on availability, it may be possible to arrive before scheduled arrival time.
How does Nestyou select the apartments?
To best answer the growing needs of our customers, we primarily offer apartments that are located downtown Lille, close to shops, metro stops and train stations in order to provide a pleasant stay.
How can I get an invoice?
A final invoice is sent to you by email at the end of your stay.
How do I get the keys to the apartment?
A member of the Nestyou team will be waiting for you at the time and place previously indicated during your booking, and will offer a personalized greeting based on your needs. Therefore it is essential to provide a valid phone number for us to reach you (possibility to reach us via WhatsApp). To be noted: in case of unforeseen delay, extra fees may be charged. As an extra service we can also deliver your keys at your place of work or where your train/plane arrives.
How do I pay?
Several types of payment are available: you can pay online via a secured transaction and a credit card. You can also make a reservation by phone and pay by check. In that case, the reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the check. NB: you won’t be given any keys if the amount due has not be paid in full.
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Diners Club International, and JCB.
Are there any taxes to be paid for this rental?
Tourism taxes are due, they are already included in the rent price (except for rentals exceeding one week).
Should I get special insurance?
With respect to short term rentals, your insurance or credit card usually provides renters insurance. However, please contact your insurance company for confirmation since rental insurance is mandatory.
Can I easily change the dates of my booking?
If you want to extend your stay, all you need to do is contact us so we can provide information on the availability of your apartment. If you cancel your booking, some fees may be charged. They are detailed in the General Terms and Conditions.
Can I book a place for one night? For one month?
Nestyou offers rentals for a minimum of 2 nights, without any maximum duration. Upon request, you can rent an apartment for only one night but additional fees, related to the logistics of your arrival and departure and the cleaning of your apartment, may apply.
